Allen Corsa How much?

My friend has this bike he wishes to sell and we are struggling to put a price to it. Advice appreciated before it goes for sale please as I apppreciate unpriced bikes do not go down well. Spec is:

-1997, 53cm Allen Corsa Super Carbonio Frame, Carbon tubes, Allu lug work, no significant scratching or wear
-Mixture of Shimano groupsets (bit of a mix of parts and possibly not worth keeping as taken from a previous bike)
-Royce titanium BB
-HED CX deep rim carbon fibre tubular wheels (ex team wheels so have done more miles than bike)

• Flight carbon fibre seatpost

The bike has only ever been used as a triathlon bike and so mileage is minimal, it is based in North London. Thanks in advance

id say split it and sell, make more money - as for a price for the whole bike dunno, the TT/roadie lot will be back from Richmond Park in 20 min maybe they can help

99p no reserve, you will get the most people interested and they will bid against eachother. some stuff will go cheap, but some good £'s. take the time to weigh and to work out postage as well.

cheers, its mainly the frame and wheels I was hoping to get an idea for, was hoping maybe someone had them already as ebay is not showing anything relevant in terms of age and usage as far as I can see.

Alan frames with carbon tubes and aluminium lugs are a curiosity these days, especially given their lack of stiffness. A quick search of completed listings in ebay suggests that you'll be lucky to get £50 for it;

Thanks, a lot less than I had thought, I wonder what they mean by 'vintage' can't be that old surely?

In bike frame design terms, it's an old design and utterly discredited now, these frames were notorious for flexing and nowadays people want stiffness (ooh, matron!).
