Lets see Ade, your first few words were "Anyone heard of this? Seems like we are defying it as I don't think I have seen many if any references to Hitler or Nazi's on this forum. The law states :"As an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches 1.""
Your initial question - has anyone heard of the law, could have been answered.
Your assertion that Hitler and Nazis are not mentioned here was also erroneous.
Yet a simple search for Godwin in posts would have revealed that people here knew about godwin's law.
A search in posts for hitler/nazis would also have been productive.
Your Fail.
Thank you for highlighting your ineptitude.

I do not understand why you feel the need to be quite so confrontational, I'm not here for a beef with anyone. Piece out

It's just how he is, he can't let things go. Reminds me of someone in that respect. Short fella, had a silly moustache.
If only I could remember his name...

That's the fella.
TSK's law of lfgss: If a conversation carries on long enough on lfgss, someone will get compared to spagettihoops (the person or the product).

You remind me of tinned pasta covered in a rich tomato sauce.

Split screen van prototypes=1948 made by the americans who took over the plant when it was returned to civilian control after the war. Chassis based on a shop truck used to cart stuff around the factory.
Automotive history fail.Unless you're referring to really early beetles(inc war era ones) which did have split rear windows.
Man i'm fucking sad.
I thought the British army oversaw VW Beetle production after the war with The REME

I'm pretty sure everyone on the allied side was involved in vw. Was one of the few remaining working factories that could easily be geared up to help with the recovery. Did have a book on the early history of the company involving the birth of the t1 and kubelwagens under the nazi party and how the factory was later used in the war effort before being returned to making cars. Will dig it out if i can be arsed.
Lots of vw history on thesamba.com makes lfgss look like a village notice board.
