Our staff gym at work does Schwinn spinning classes 3 or 4 evenings a week. I believe it is £5.10 a session for non club members and it is on Gower St WC1...

Pool and gym area etc for members only but thats only £26 a month for non staff members with no minimum contract because it is run by the hospital's charitable trust.

They have loads of ergo bikes, treadmills, concept2 rowers and resistance machines etc.
