£15 for 20 days unlimited is a pretty good deal, even if you only go 3-5 times!
Might give this a bash, haven't be out nearly enough recently with the shocking weather! Plus I can give SPD's a go without the risk of toppling over and looking like an ass in the street!

cyclebeat are at Spin LDN 14 doing a sort of one on one 'beatboard' could be a good way to sample the class.

Snow drove me underground, and rehashed a 4 year old thread.
Went to https://www.1rebel.co.uk/ "Ride", at their new SE1 (Blackfriars Bridge location)
My first ever spinning class.
Pros
Good fun,
Great facilities (showers/towels/re-usable water bottles)Cons
2 people in the class
The music. Just bad.Suspect I the next two (I have 3 classes as part of my intro) might be my last spinning classes!

While rehabbing, I tend to go to the spin room, turn the lights off and just cycle for an hour or two, but sometimes a class breaks out around me. Mostly quite fun, but some annoying things:
- People who set their bike to 'downhill' for the whole class.
- Instructors telling you to do press-ups on the bars - I've already got sweaty hands, you think I want to slip and lose teeth?
- The instructor whose opening line was, 'I hope you like Beyoncé and Coldplay, because that's mostly what I'll be playing'.
Whatever happened to Death Pedal? That was great. @harpoonist
- People who set their bike to 'downhill' for the whole class.
