i ride tubs on the regs in london - only as my bicycle came with tub rims, and due to how stingy i am with money i will have to break them before i buy new ones.
the bike came with wolbers and the front was dead:( so i replaced with a giro for a tenner - lasted for 6 months including riding in croatia. the wolber on the rear then went and replaced with a vittoria rally
punctured within 2 weeks - replaced with another rally ..lasted for about a month
replaced with giro - still going!
cheap and cheerfull -
although what are these invulnerable wolber tings? -
in 13 months of riding tubs - ive spent about 40quid on new tubs + tape
hmm, aww damn that's a lot actually :(

25 year old tires, tub & clincher, which were steel belted.
