Snow-related shrinkage?
Otherwise known as the ageing process.
Amounts to the same thing...

Nothing here in Norfolk but jealousy. First day off in 9 days tomorrow and I really wanted some snow to play in.

Dude, I think it was probably the tongue shot that didn't impress her... No offence...

if you want to able to stay in control on snow, always make sure that you're 100% upright, any slight leaning will cause the bike to slip.

Was she hanging round the swings in the park, outside the Spar, or in the bus shelter?

How's it looking east? There's only about 1cm snow in Ealing.

I'm in E2, about 2cm from what I can see. I don't think it snowed since midnight. Just started again lightly.

Roads are fine in central London - no snow, and pretty good grip. A lot less traffic than usual, which makes a big difference.
-
• #417
I rode in at 6am (as usual) and the roads were fine. A few slippy bits round the edges of quieter roads, but the main roads were fine.
I only saw 3 other bikes 2 of which were single-speed...

1-2cm does not equal snow.
Putney common is looking decidedly green.
I'm jealous of my gf, who has a hell of a lot of snow in Oxford.i need to go skiing.

Not a lot of snow here in arsenal, still coming down but only about 2inches tops.
Snow day for me but one of my guys was off sick anyway. Just rode to clissold park to climb a couple of trees for jokes and the roads were fine if a little slushy.
Tonight it will all freeze and the fun will begin... -
