Part of me is lmao at small furry's approach to the waiting room - the other part - the female bit is thinking - that he shoulda been in their holding her hand and stuff. But, maybe mrs.small furry didn't want to see his face at that moment? I could see that too...

For the record....

Our second nippa was born in a Norwegian hospital, where there happened to be a PC in the delivery room, believe it or not (intended for the doctors not dads I assume). Being less understaffed/bedded than then English hospital where we had our first, we were allowed to turn up to the hospital pretty early as well. I was at mrs Smallfurrys side throughout*.

(*the ebay auction ended an hour or so before ;) )

I'm just back home now, having left Andrea and Edie (she's the new arrival) at the hospital for the night. It's been a long day, but she arrived at 1758 this evening, weighing 6 lbs 12 ozs, after 18 hours or so of labour (with a 13 minute third stage for those who know these things!).
