Trade discount / group buy: American Apparel

Anyone got or know how to get the trade discount from American Apparel? I know they do tee's for cheap to printers etc. Maybe we can set up a group buy?

I just need a few white t-shirts but not that keen at paying full price for them if it's not needed

(Or if anyone can recommend another brand that does decent tees with similar cut for not silly money that'd be cool too)

If you go to the Shoreditch one and say you work local you get 20% off Mon and tues...

I think its pretty easy to set up a trade account too, you just have to make some calls and order direct from LA or something rather than buy from the shops, I did that once too...

I've found that for plain cheap t shirts you can't go wrong with topman (2 for £10), H&M & Primark ones just tend to go all out of shape and fall apart after just a few washes.

tried the topman ones, they shrunk like fuck. American Apparel's holds up surprisingly well, some of mine been used weekly for 3 years now, still ok

My mate got 30-odd AA tees at trade prices, significantly higher quality than H&M/Topshop and about £3 each at trade. It was for a design show, so AA were all over it, but I don't know how else you'd get that deal... probably a massive minimum order, or pretend you're a printer.
