Tried a carton of Oggs aquafaba (came in a subscription box I get) and Elmlea plant double cream today. Made a passionfruit eton mess. The cream is pretty neutral tasting so will take flavouring well, it also whips pretty good.
On the sausages chat. I'm not sure if these are available in the UK or not but they are by far the best vegan sausages I've had
