They sell well, if you clean em up, on the bay.
BUT, why is everyone giving this guy such a hard time? Whats he done wrong?
-
• #14
the price is £10-£15 more than you need to pay for the same thing in better condition, it's dirty so he hasn't put any effort in, he's trying to make out it's super rare when it's not particularly, he's trying to get a wow factor out of something that is poncey and taken the piss out of as much as it is admired (Cipollini or the stem, delete as applicable), and he's trying to sell it in a way that suggests he doesn't think anyone knows their products and prices...
.... and it's not sunny enough.

heh heh.. i'm all for the ad, it's given me a little chuckle.. absolutely no offence intended, I just found the bit about Cipollini and the "super rare" bit quite amusing.
basically i was taking the piss.
but it probably is a bit steep.

I quite like those stems, very Audi Quattro in a way.
They don't fit bikes with a proper sized steerer though it would seem.

Bump!

Really?
Maybe you should bump the other thread up too?

Supermario had a pic of a very nice looking nude blonde woman on his version- sat nicely over the girders.
Something to look at when riding along waiting for the sprint at the finish (and hoping the nude was just past the finish line )Its rare to see something like this stem, its just so ugly in the bike world, but Cinelli went though a phase of that- some god awful frames too, built just like the Tyne Bridge....

• #23
More like Boro's Transporter Bridge tbh...
And there has been no lack of these stems offered on here of late. Keep up.

• #24
