Yeah I've signed up, its usually a great ride and really well organised.
The masses have trampled nicely from that village hall to the shed on top of Ashdown for the carbs.
Weather looks like it might be kinda then same years past.
Yeh, have done it a couple of times around 4-5 years ago and it was great. I know the roads really well as i always ride around there, but thought it would stimulate me to get a decent length ride in, and support a good cause.
And eat some cake
Anyone interested for 2017 event on 19th of February 2017, registration goes live tomorrow night at midnight the Halloween witching hour.
For 2017 our main charity is Pepenbury
and some support for Chartwell Cancer Trust as they help provide Marshalls for the event, 60 plus usually out on the course.
I know I might be very late of the party, but i didnt apply on time and I'm keen to buy ticket and rider pack from someone who might have change their plan.
I have a ticket and intend on going... BUT, I've had a slight family emergency and may not be back in time. Should that happen, and I won't know til maybe Friday, then you are welcome to mine
I'm sure you'll have sorted something by then, but I'll let you know
I will also watch forecast closely as it starting to look dangerous to ride at wind reaching 100km/h
