Yes, go see your GP.
You're asking a medical question on the internet, there's an instant Darwin award for that you know.

Full of questions today
Is there any reason to not have a fair few bank accounts?
I find it hard to save money for certain specific things by just having a 'savings' account

So, if I'm putting a campagnolo record pista crankset on my bike, do I need to get a pista BB ? Or are various campag BBs & cranksets cross-compatible?
Shit question I know. But I'm shit. Sorry.
The frame I bought has a Veloce BB already in. Which I should probably change anyway, you know 'cos it's Veloce, but just checking.

Ed, if you are trying to procreate using your foot then you might want to reconsider your actions.

No reason not to at all - I do the same thing, separate accounts for different things - holidays / bike / camera stuff / house stuff

Do you have it all with the same bank?

I fucked my wrist "proper" riding brakeless on the road with those Deda track drops- due to the angle it puts your hands at when riding on the tops.
I won't be planning on doing much road riding with them, probably not much further than to and from the track, but it would still be nice to do it in comfort. Might look at the Rotundas as well, or just get a -17deg stem

Yeah, I bank with Barclays and just have various current / savings accounts for things - got separate current accs for bills / fuel / spending money and then savings accounts for other bits
I used to be really bad with money but find this helps me because I then always know what I have and haven't got to spend - though holidays and shiny bits for the camera and bike keep emptying the reserves!!

I've got a pair of Rotundo in the box of parts for the Time Machine, you are welcome to use them whilst Ryan finishes it?

I'd love to, but I'd hate to fuck up some new bars for a nice build like that. Have you already broken them in?

Nah, they're still in the wrapper.

You need a BB with an ISO taper and 111mm axle length. Any Campag is fine - doesn't have to be Record - I'm not sure that Campagnolo are telling the truth about the Record Pista BB being asymmetric either. Do a forum search for "Transmission database" to find what other people have used successfully.

I'm looking to get someone to share my office or rent out a desk. Does anyone know the easiest way to go about this other than verbal agreement? I assumed it would be fairly straight forward until I started reading about security of tenure and the like.
The obvious answer is get legal advice and have a lawyer draft the appropriate agreement according to your specific needs.
I'm assuming you already have the space in your name, and you're going to "sublet", rather than looking for a new shared space. Start by being really clear in your mind as to what you want / what type of relationship you want.
- are you allowed under your current lease to sublet?
- do you know them?
- how long do you think they will be sharing for?
- how long do you want them for?
- do you want to be able to get rid of them easily, or make it harder for them to leave quickly?
- etc.
Once you work all of that out you can identify where the risks are and what you need to do to protect yourself.
From the looks of the link a simple agreement and excluding the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 seems like a fairly simple route.
IMO/E without unlimited capital at your disposal you should never rely on the law. You are almost always better off ensuring that you have a commercial / tactical advantage. Off the top of my head I would say controlling / having the ability to remove things your "tenant" may need, like internet, access to the kitchen, meeting rooms, etc. But I'm sure you’d be able to think of more things based on your circumstances.
Maybe also carve out utilities as a separate agreement, terminable at a different time / period via a different company???
Also if you want to draw the contracts up yourself / for free then pretend to want to sublet a desk/office space, get hold of those contracts and copy them.
All just thoughts off the top of my head rather than advice - I am not a lawyer.
- are you allowed under your current lease to sublet?

This myth will, I think, live forever, unlike dear departed Sheldon Brown who, being the source of much wisdom on everything else, remains the top google result for this one thing about which he was wrong. JIS and ISO axles are exactly the same, apart from a 1mm extension chamfered at 45° on each end of the ISO axle. So, if 109 JIS works, 111 ISO will work just as well, and vice versa. The only exception is when the taper bore in the crank is large or short and the axle bolt bottoms out on the extension of the ISO axle, but there's more wrong than just the perennial JIS/ISO conflict if this happens.
Just sayin' -

Seem to have done something to my ankle when walking round after a ride it seems to "click" down the back of the ankle.

I'm guessing the tendon must have been damaged, its not painful to walk on but just a bit worried its going to get worse! Anyone else had this or know any helpful tips to prevent it or sort it out?
