^^ Can't drive.
Have been quoted 150 quid from a guy in Brighton which covers fuel, 1 hr pick up, drive, 1hr drop off and 30 quid p/h thereafter.

Does anyone have a picture of black Sugino 75s with a silver chainring?
I can't visualise it very well and Google isn't helping.

How long does he/she think it will take.

^^^ Can't be more than three hours, shirley - I asked him to arrive by 9 as I need to sign something in Brighton by 12. There isn't much stuff and no big furniture: 10 or so boxes of books, three bikes, three guitars, two keyboards, couple of laptops and a drawing board. It's on a Saturday so not sure on traffic heading down there.

I have one in Ealing designed to brace/support the right wrist if you want?
Thank you - I bought one this morning (John Bell & Croyden, coming up trumps as always). Already finding it incredibly annoying, I spent 6 weeks with my left wrist braced up earlier this year so this is a real pisser.

Where can I buy a wrist support from in central London? One of the ones with a metal plate to hold your wrist still and velcro to do it up. I have one for my left arm but I need one for my right arm too and don't have time to go to the dr's for at least a week...
I have one at my desk you can borrow if you like. -

Will confirm - though the idea is we both do it to get it done as quickly as possible.I think my uncle has a van for shoots so I could check there but don't really want to bother him.
Will have a sniff around.

How much stuff do you have? I have a street van membership but it's only for VW Transporters
It's about £9 per hour...

My Thomson stem has cracked. Boo.
Has anyone had any success at getting a replacement from their EU distributor?
I bought it on the forum so have no shop to send it back to. -

If you do bother him, I'll drive the van if you want?

Cheers both - shall ask around today and see what's what. -

Street Van/Zip Van won't work, maximum 40 miles, and they charge you mega bucks if you go over it.
-
• #33397
Although if you do it over night, the 40 miles resets and you get another 40. So if you were to move 22:00 - 02:00 you could potentially do 80 miles.
-
• #33398
No dice, it's 55 miles via motorway.

I don't understand the question...
Street Van comes with 40 miles of fuel for free then it's 9p per mile after that. You can go for 1,000 miles if you like.
To use a VW Transporter Van it costs:
£9 per hour
£84 per day (24 hours)
~9p per mile over 40 miles -
