Whoa! This is a couple of streets down from a house I looked at buying a few years ago, so it the other million quid one you mentioned.
E10 going wild!
I ended up buying a wreck round the corner, which is still a pebbledashed monstrosity.

Good to see the fence keeping back some of the worst water ingress.
Might have come in down the chimneys otherwise.

I'm actually stoked about this. All the local groups are up in arms but I think it's really important that our bit of Walthamstow - which is the shit bit, which has nothing happening in it - has some things to happen in it.

This side of Walthamstow is the better side, to hell with paying 1mil for a house in Zone 3.

I'm just south of you on the Lea Bridge Road. The last thing to happen here was the Aldi three years back and I was so emotionally invested in it I burst into tears. Just the whole street sobbing with gratitude.
That's not normal is it.

Would anyone like some free bags of nhl 3.5 lime? two a half bags in total...
https://www.bigberthaoriginal.com are good quality and not too ££.
I have a couple of their outdoor ones.
I would say that they're in no way stowable though. Apart from being lightweight, they don't really pack down at all and they're impossible to store anywhere. Ours just sit in a corner of the garage, taking up space, until the good weather comes around.
