Haha! Were there two or three of you? How are you recording it? I'm not sure of podcast etiquette but if it's multiple mics, perhaps a slight pan of each voice would separate things out further?
Enjoyed it regardless and looking forward to the lucifer tapes too! -

Iโm using Audacity which seemed clunky at first but itโs solid and easy to navigate. Iโll download Reaper & have a play though! Thanks mate!

Audacity is solid, but a little unflexible and severily lacking in features. Realtime effects really are an upgrade. I'm gonna PM you a few links. Youtube is full of tutorials.

Had a chuckle to the first few last evening in the end while washing up (on HomePod in case that makes a difference rather than headphones). I found the intro music a bit too loud compared to your storytelling. Wanted to turn the intro down, and then needed to turn you up. Maybe just because I was keen to get into the story, found the intro track a bit long as well. Echoing previous comments about liking the background noise atmosphere, but yeah, levels. Much enjoyment though, and looking forward to more.
Thanks Luci!

Sounds good! I'll check it out!

Cheers buddy - yeah, I need to work on some of those levels. Hopefully todays episode will be closer to the mark. Early days but it helps to get some feedback. I listened back and totally agree - constantly turning up and doen for the theme music. I might look into clipping the music shorter today. Cheers!

The latest one is here!
I created this yesterday so it doesn't have all the alterations in that I'm going to implement, but should be an easier listen. It's a bit meatier too, a bit longer, so to speak! As the go on they will be more substantial.Hope you like!

Here's the last podcast of the week.
Hopefully I'll have a fresh set ready for next week, if I'm not drafted back into work.
This was another popular one and it includes the first appearance of two favourites - Flint & Hugs.Enjoy!

Oh, and if you get chance (and if you like the podcast!) could you leave a star rating and review? It helps me MASSIVELY get a footing in the charts. It triggers all kind of algorithms and it pushes my podcasts into 'suggested' catagories. If it gets popular I might eventually break even!
Thanks!! -

No new Lucifer Tapes just yet! A few technical difficulties.
Instead, here's the latest episode of Kraken Cove, my other podcast recorded with Fucking Amazing Dave. It'll be out soon on iTunes & Spotify but here's the link for the website feed.
Cheers! -

It's Friday! Time for another Lucifer Tape.
This one's called Sid's Snake.

• #4864
Haha.... why do I suspect this will involve a penis?
(I may be proved totally wrong by a wholesome tale about a pet python.)

Nice one! Iโm wondering wether to do Scorcher as individual releases or do a Scorcher Omnibus...
-
• #4873
Unbelievably, it's Monday. I'm on my last week of furlough now - back to the shithole next week.
I'm going to try do a few more releases this week but I'll be on less frequent episodes when I'm working full time too.Anyway, let's kick off with a new episode - Minty Throne

What software do you use for recording and editing?
If it's any help, I've done some work with Reaper, which you can use for free. Happy to help with tips around the software if I can.
