I'm going to recycle it tomorrow if nobody wants it. It just delivered me my beloved Aussie racer safe and sound.

Comes free with a bit of bubble wrap and even some hub and derailleur plastic guard things.

cardboard bike box?

Yes, thick strong cardboard bike box. Fits a 58cm racer. Unfortunately I seem to have chucked most of the neat plastic packing bits, but there's still a fork separator/protector thing, lots of foam for the tubes, and bubble wrap to boot.
