Bending Aluminium Tubing

Anyone got any experience of bending ali tubing? Was thinking of having a go at making some handlebars by this method. I have access to a set of floor benders at work but have only ever bent copper and conduit before.

Been asked before. More trouble than it's worth I think.

Yea mate, I'd steer clear. Ally's not like steel, fatigues really badly and needs heat treating after you cold work it..
