The kind of person that thinks taking those kind of photos is acceptable is probably not going to be nice to be called out on it.
You did the right thing by telling the woman, but not sure what else you could have done without endangering yourself or your child.

People really have the most bizarre ideas, few more so than this 'movement':
A surprisingly crass and sexist cartoon in the French newspaper l'Humanite, pertaining to show ex-rider turned TV presenter/commentator Marion Rousse and Julian Alaphilippe;
From what I can gather, it has, rightly, had repercussions and Antoine Vayer, @festinaboy on Twitter, has deleted that account for his role in this.
Bizarre. It seems to be prompted by her being a journalist covering the Tour and Alaphilippe riding it.
I can see the point of caricaturing that, but as commentators on that Tw*tter thread note, it's not even funny.
It appears those two are an item, but it still doesn't explain how the cartoon is anything other than sexist
