London Cyclist photographer or just a perv?

On way home last night had picture taken by a photographer who seemed to be taking photos of all the cyclists on embankment in chelsea...

had a board up with website but dont remember webesite name...

whats is going on? making some money selling pics or trying to get sneaky photos of the girls in dresses?? (it was a hot day)

I saw this guy a few weeks ago on Clapham Common - he tried to snap me - so I gave him the bird - he wasn't happy. Wish I could remember the website though - if only to see the pic!
I seem to remember it was on a billboard on a bike that was next to him.

I posted the same thing in the photographer subforum on here the other day, still none the wiser though:

There was some strange bike photography thing going down on Kennington Road last night. A bloke with a DLSR was literally hiding behind a tree outside the Dog House pub and taking photos of commuters, with a banner saying something like 'bike scene' and 'shoot your scene' with some website written on it wrapped around the base of the tree. Given that there's a bus stop in constant use in front of the tree I'm not sure he was getting a lot of shots, all a bit wierd...
