If they're not uncoordinated and a danger and annoyance on the paths, going at 1mph, rather than cycling properly on the road, they're a lycra clad idiot with a 2k recreationally cycling in an area where, on a Sunday afternoon, because of traffic, I'd be suprised if their heart rate was above 70bpm.

Bikes and cars should be banned.

if i'm in the park and having a rest/coffee i sit on the grass near the exit of the rohampton gate carpark/cafe. i then watch the motorists/cyclists/pedestrians as they try to exit/enter/pass the cafe and carpark, i usually witness a near miss or act of stupidity every 5 minutes if it's busy.
the biggest culprits are peds with kids who cross over to the inner park while eating an ice cream or talking on the phone, followed by cyclists and motorists pulling out or entering the cafe.
they are all cuntz
