What wheels shall I get?

I don't know to be honest, all I know is that the hubs weight often make little difference, do you know why they need to make light hubs?

They need to make light hubs for the same reason they need to make any other part of the bike light, to get the overall weight down.
Otherwise you may as well just ride a bike that weighs 30kg but has nice light rims if only rims matter. Maybe you do :-)

I like my bike to be light, probably more psychological than anything else though!

OP - Sheldon Brown advised trying fixed before singlespeed, as he was confident this would be the final choice. My first try of fixed was on the Bob jackson with undrilled rear bridge I had bought, and shipped across the north sea. Lucky enough I loved it.

When baby sitting for my sister I found that they will listen to anything as long as you read it to them correctly.
