Borrow a chain tool and spanner please

I know this is annoying but I don't live in london, and am down doing unpaid training and I need to take a link out of my chain and tension back up with a 15mm spanner. If anyone can help me out that'd be great. I'm docklands area(can travel wherever within reason) and if any kind soul would like to pm me their number or something I could pop round and I'd only be ten mins,
