**Before this descends into more shuddering insights in to Mumbles and hoops' male grooming regimes…
I have been to Elguapo several times for treatment for a back problem - highly recommended**

I've edited the thread title to help make it easier for people to find when searching.
And I think I'd be up for some massage. Been meaning to for a while. Not this week, but perhaps next.

**To reiterate what BDW said: Elguapo ran his hands all over my wife for over an hour. she said it was brilliant and he really worked out her kinks. **
Then he gave her a sports massage.
in truth: she said it was brilliant and she danced better that week afterwards.

The missus has a problem with her knees after running... not exactly sure what (don't really listen when she talks). Is that something you can help with or is it more of a physiotherapist jobby?

Why does she run? Running's bad for you! She should cycle, no impact! ;)

I built her a bike and she is doing one of the LCC courses on Saturday but she is training for the great north run in September. She's doing it with a load of people from her work.

Cool! I'm just joshing anyway, some ways of riding are just as bad for your knees as running.

Went to Elguapo this morning for a massage, couldn't recommend it highly enough. Damn good value as well, and you get the benefit of a beautiful ride through Acton on the Uxbridge Road!

I don't really have anything wrong with me; no aches no pains, but I like massages. Is that okay, too?

You dont have to have anything wrong with you to get a massage. Getting regular massages will keep things from going wrong in the first place!

i will agree with this Elguapo - i had my calves and quads done every month last summer - 5 months straight and they went from being tight as fuck to being really resistant to tightening under heavy workouts/sessions, just allows your muscles to repair themselves better as well......

What's your availability like on Wednesday?
Could do with a man running his hands over me after work if you are free.
Hey everyone, I just graduated from uni and I'm in that limbo between employment and starvation. So I need to set the old massage skills into action!
I have been working consistently as a sports massage therapist for the last 10 years. I trained in NYC and received an associates degree in applied health sciences. I work with many different injuries and muscular problems as well as just good relaxing massage.
A high quality massage in London will usually run £60-£80 for a 1 hour session. I'll be offering the following to forum members only:
One hour sessions:
£35 (forum members)
Get one for yourself or as a gift for someone else. If you're training, regular massage should be a key part in your maintenance routine. And of course you will be helping out a fellow forum member pay his rent ;)
Appts are available as follows:
East Dulwich - Mon - Sun 9am - 9pm.
Unfortunately I don't do home visits unless your in East Dulwich/ Peckham area.
I am located at: 5 Solway Road SE22 9BG

PM me for appointments or if you need more information.
Cheers!
