Take proper measurements, Jen, and compare them to those on a bike on which the position is set up correctly for you. Usual measurements--as BMMF says, it's as if every other bike, and you find info all over the net what the relevant measurements are. There may not be a previous women-specific sizing thread on here, but that's because it isn't really necessary--look at the many other sizing threads. No need to be too gender-specific--women can have particular preferences just like men, so it really comes down to that.
Now size TFU. ;)

J. by observation you need a 51cm c.to c. from BB to imaginary top tube. A spirit level and thin plank would help.

Did five searches here and a million on google, so stfu!
How do you figure out what size you should get in a step-through bike? Guapo got one for free but the positioning is so painful, even for me, that I never want to ride it. It's all pain in my knees from the seat tube being too short or the saddle too close to the cranks or something but we can't move the saddle any further back. Is it a length-to-body-height thing?
