Are gold fingers the only small break levers on the market? Why does everyone ask for them?

I'd like a non-goldfinger if anyone offers one? (ie a small break lever... colour's not important, I have rattle can)

Got one.... Phoned Condor and they said they didn't have any... went in to get a chain and they have the goldfinger and the dirty harry.
