Here's my remix of Search & Destroy from some multitracks I found online... Not too different from the mix that was on there, more Ron and I've EQd Iggy and James, that seems to have pushed Scott out a bit more... Which is nice...

Mary is a boss... Me and a mate were their 'support act' when they toured Baby, we got paid by Rough Trade to tour the country by train with our favourite 45s in tow... So much fun, Glasgow was a highlight... Rachel is fucking crazy... 😂

Check out TONSLEN playing bass on independence Day 1986 with a bunch of noisy, hairy Australians...

That’s a peach; like the theme tune to some scuzzy beach-based cop drama. Strange it was apparently never released as a 45?

Aye. Film soundtrack but never released individually. Shame. Cracker of a song.

Is it though? ;-)

Cool. I went to numerous gigs in the Clarendon. A couple of Butthole Surfers shows being the highlights.

90s Aussie faves.
Alison is still happening, but they didn't want to be Grant Mclennan.

I'm enjoying a bit of Shocking Blue recently. I would class them as a bit of garage rock and definitely obscure although most of you will probably recognise this track they have plenty more on offer

the above covered by Bananarama and this was covered by Nirvana

It’s all about the b-side :-)

My girlfriend at the time requested that when Andy Votel was djing once - he suggested I should marry her. I did, but I don’t recall it being solely for that reason.
A classic... Can still remember the first time I heard that thirty plus years ago, a good day...
