You're a good man!

So looking at it, the original Cargo is definitely the most versatile, and still doesn't take too long to adjust to the handling in traffic. Is a bit less affected by sudden, unforeseen potholes... And from what I can see, is currently the only model available with a gates/alfine combo?
One last question...what are the favoured tyre options?
There's plenty of valid choices out there, but go 406 in the front, there's not much in 451.
Oh, and size up from the guide online.
Does anyone on here have a le petit porteur? Seriously considering ordering a Frameset for dad bike duties... they look a lot of fun for the money!
Also spotted this a few months back...
That is about 260 boxes of flowers, and the journey to the drop off is a long one.
Had one of those guys move a bunch of Bromptons from store to another before. About 12 in one go. Couldn't believe it
Looks super fun.
Anyone know where I might find a 20” fork that clears 2” tyres + mudguard... with, like
350mm of steerer?
I bought one of these a while back; 400mm steerer, easily clears a schwalbe big ben and mudguard. Does the job, no complaints.
I’m right at the top end of the sizing for Large at 193cm and mine seems to fit me fine (got quite a bit of post showing but preferable to a second top tube...), I think if someone at the lower end of the guide sized up it would be a bit too big.
Also @Black_Rainbow_Project I think I might have passed you at St. James Palace earlier. Not sure how tall you are, but if you want to try a large for size give me a shout.
Ha...I was smiling to myself actually, thinking...hmmm...he's shifting pretty fast on that Omnium! :)
I'm just over 6ft, and my current track bike has about a 59 top tube. The guys at Omnium said they would definitely recommend large for me, but you looked a few inches taller than me.
I seem to have a fairly long upper body though.
I'm roughly the same height as you, ride a 58cm road bike (with drops) and ride the XL Omnium with a 110mm stem and it's not mad aggressive.
Sounds like large is the one for me then. :)
If I go ahead with it I might actually be getting rid of my track bike.
My ongoing back trouble is one reason. The constant weight of my bag every day isn't helping it, and as I don't really have the space for 3 bikes in the flat, I'm thinking I can build a more 'lightweight' omnium cargo, and make a bag specifically for it that I can install and remove/wear quickly. I don't plan on carrying crazy weight on it, but it'll be nice to have the option to. :)

'lightweight' omnium cargo
Funny you should mention that... ;)
So strange that 451 is the standard size and 406 is the option.
