Saw Self Esteem in Brum last night. Absolute pop perfection, in a surprisingly small room. 12/10 would recommend.

Wow, remember them beeing a lot of fun when I saw them in the Newcastle Carling academy back in 2007 and then in 2008 back when video camera quality peaked it seems.

Have fun! I've just got tix for the Marble Factory. Like you, really looking forward to it and to hear some new sounds.

I saw them in Brixton years ago. One of the loudest gigs I've been too.
Then got up at 3am to ride a 100mi sportive or something the next day, ears still just muffled whooshes and ringing...
EDIT: 2008 and it was the Archer GP next day

Fucked Up we’re excellent again tonight. Even better than last year. First time at Lafayette in Kings Cross and really liked it too. Next up Pixies on Tuesday.

I'd not seen them for a very, very, long time, but yeah, great gig. Never heard Big Cheese either but enjoyed them as well
Nice venue; will always appreciate one with a balcony where there's a good amount of room to move around

I couldn’t get there until 8:45 so missed the support and was getting a drink just as they were coming on. Ended up parking myself in the balcony for the whole thing as fancied something to lean on.

Pixies were good last night. Does feel a but like they're just on autopilot with it now, though 2 hours back to back no breaks was a good effort. Crowd had some annoying characters as well.

Jill Scott - Hammersmith Apollo
Beyoncé - Tottenham Hotspur FC
Josh Milan - Jazz CafeLooking forward to all of these this summer
Off to see Pendulum at Alexandra Palace on Sunday. Was originally supposed to be at the Brixton Academy. Pretty sure I've only seen them once before and that was a DJ set at Cable before it closed down. Must have been 2011 or 2012.
