A starp? Missed that English lesson I’m afraid...
Forum nickname for the straps made by our very own @31trum
Ah! Well, I had to support the Dutch troops back home ;) but there’s always room for another strap / starp!
Good lucking stuff though, I like the embossing.
Very different straps for very different purposes. Your new one looks awesome. Might have to get one. Can never have too many straps (or starps).
Was brilliant - we were totally in the middle of nowhere in the desert and explored the park until sunset. Now sitting by the pool in Palm Springs for a few.
Speaking of starps, has anyone had any experience of GasGasBones version of the velcro NASA strap for Speedies?
I like this a lot! The leather strap seems a bit out of place imo.
New watch on it's way....good old H. Samuel. Feels like the 1980s all over again.
Hope it’s this?
What the fuck is that?
Reminds me I'd still wear a Girard Perregaux Casquette if I could find a good cheap one...
I actually like these for a bit of a wildcard occasional piece as the design is so iconic. The silver with blue is nice but just wish the display stayed permanently on.
If only I had that much style.
Beaten up Protrek goodness
Moar coffee required
Did you accidentally lean against a belt sander? Impressive patina.
Ten years of it being on the wrist while climbing.
Actually, about 8 years. Casio replaced my original Protrek when it died in -50 in Canada. Which was very nice of them because they are only rated to -20!
You should stop babying your watches and just get out and wear them.
In a rush this morning so pic looks a bit like I had an accident. Must work on my composition.
Very nice. I'm a big fan of the blue.
