4 of us are going to recce essex. should be good.

Very enjoyable sunny riding today with Des, James and Tim, everything smooth. I like the route, flat and fast with a great surface and quite a lot of nice cornering..... It will never be enough!!!
As I said before looking forward of more and more of this kind of weekend reccie riding.

God! i hear those working class outcasts really did get themselves new assholes torn at those grammar schools. my sympathies. no wonder you turned into a climber...needing to be out the saddle so often..it stands to reason.

I was a 100/200/400m sprinter during my school years. No-one got close to my donkey.

Cars collide colours clash, disaster movie stuff - that's how I remember it. Essex has clearly had a make-over since then. A fine afternoon's riding and good company - will make for a cool TNRC ride.

Just a thought Tim - given the long gap between trains back from Ingatestone, maybe hook back towards Mountnessing/Shenfield on the last section to increase the return transport options.
