Morrisons in their 4 x £10 deal, it has a nice chocolate & banana start but the pepper aftertaste is a bit too much for me

Finally cracked my can of the Zia Tiramisu Pastry Stout - definitely a dessert beer, but not as cloying as they can sometimes be. Will probably grab another can or two for the stash, though at 9.5% they'll remain an occasional treat...

I just had a delivery of a dozen cans, direct from the brewery.
Going to try and ration them for after a Sunday roast.
Should see me 'til Christmas -

someone in SE London seems to be buying all the Brewdog Layer Cake Neopolitan stout from every store before I can try it
I wasn't aware of this beer, a Tesco scour in my (Essex) hood has revealed it to be a myth.
Nearest one has shelf space and "sold out" sticker, claiming a restock date of Friday, so I'll pop back and see.Whilst there today I grabbed a BD Double Punk and Triple Hazy. Was fond of the OG Hazy during the hot summer months, hoping it carries through to other Hazy named goods.
Update: Double Punk - not a fan

Can recommend Alechemy Bring Out The Imp - 10.5% Imperial stout made with Belgian yeast and aged in red wine casks? Yes please! I think this came from the Waitrose near my work - might have to stick my head in as and when I go back.

yes! its great, fizzy on the tongue and quite liquorice (but in a good way)
edit: definitely in my local Waitrose, for most of the last year I'd say.
