This (Donzoko Indie Graft) was very pleasant Sunday afternoon bbq drinking - very nice Belgian(ish) Pale - obtained from local independent bottle shop with a few others, which also went down well

Not op, but the twickenham Tesco’s had them the other day for a fiver a go which isn’t too bad.

Realised right before I was going to sleep that there was no beer on the online delivery coming today. This is the fruits of a last minute smash and grab.

^includes a 9.5% Brewdog triple hazy jeebus they’re going in on ABV

BrewDog have been my winner for quality x choices x vfm during lockdown. This one is very good.

I’m doing my dad’s shopping in Morrisons tomorrow lunchtime so will look out for the new BrewDog and Sirens.

London Beer Factory Zia pastry stout is going into Tesco @ 9.2%

Who’s going to be first to hit 10%?

Tonight's libation is a Chouffe IPA at a respectable 9%
Quite hoppy (as expected) and you can tell it's a bit pokey (with the ABV)

To make way for new stuff Tesco is clearing some lines at near 50% off ; London Beer Factory Fuzzy Recall is £1.65

They also have stuff on the shelf that wont go through the tills which is just stupid.

I've had that in Old Kent Road Tescos before, beer not on the system but on the shelves. Had to leave them there as they wouldn't put them through as something else that was the same price. Stupid.

Yeah had a supervisor come down and announce “we’ll have to clear the shelf” in an overly earnest way.
