Not interested to sell atm as wiggle has not yet replied me.
Great, thanks. Sent you a PM.
Ah. It does seem like you got a particularly bad one. If you think the other is safe maybe make the line straight by colouring in more rubber with a big sharpie? ;)
Would prefer a pair, but I'll let you know if I find another single.
No worries, let me know (happy for @Fox to be first in line if you do decide to sell them)
Amazingly my triuk order (some FFWD rim brake wheels) actually turned up after approximately a month. Annoyingly I panic bought some other wheels in the meantime, but can't complain really. Now waiting to see if I also get the £30 quidco cashback on them.
Mavic Cosmic Pro Carbon UST Wheelset with sealant for £699.99 which looks like a decent price
Just be aware they've gone into receivership so warranty might be an issue, as might be getting spares in the future
Extra 10% off that price at CRC
If anyone's looking for cheap 24h disc rims these might worth a look, I bought a pair to knock up a cheap / light spare wheelset for my commuter, not built them up yet but quality looks pretty good - think Wiggle use them on their Prime road wheels. 24mm wide, listed as 410g but mine are about 440g - still not bad for £17...
Difference between front and rear? Fronts symetrical, rears asymetric?
Planet X are selling the Cinelli Hobootleg Easy Travel Sora Bike for £699 (down from £1400). Seems a good deal and all sizes are shown as available.
£35 posted with the Tredz £5 off code (delete your Tredz cookies and sign up for a new account if it doesn't appear).
That's what I assumed, just pulled them out to check - the rear is definitely asymmetrical in shape but the front actually looks slightly offset too, might just be the spoke drillings not quite dead center on the rim or maybe it's supposed to be like that - fuck knows, will fling them together next time I get a couple of hours peace & see how they look
Oh sorry, should have posted again.
I looked through the questions and reviews and there was chat that it was to do with the orientation of the decals to the offset.
Same price at sigma but no discount code of course.
That makes sense - think I was probably looking too hard & expecting to find some kind of material difference between them... the stickers were gash & were peeled off so they're identical now!
Lovely nivacrom Roberts on retrobike http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=418116
Novatec R3 Carbon Disc wheels for 333,- €
Aldi had fairly decent looking waterproof rolltop rucksacks for £12 when I went in yesterday
Oh, i occasionally need one of those - that sounds like an occasional use ££ to me :-)
I was juuuuust about to pull the trigger on these & they've returned to full price.
Probably for the best as I really didn't need them.
ice tech rotors £10.99 each at wiggle. No lockring included but fine if you're replacing existing ones
Cheers for that one.
