I have a referral code for Le Col if anyone was looking to buy anything in the near future.
Free Gilet if you spend £100. DM me for the link x

Got lucky. Boots from TRIUK arrived Saturday.
Ah well done, was gutted when they cancelled mine. I reckon they'll be a super useful purchase.
After having to walk in speedplay for 10+ km in the snow on a audax perm of the snow roads (clue is in the name) back in February I promised myself I'd get some spd winter boots.
Same here. I just bought their blackout bibs (£100 with strava voucher), not bad, not excellent either.
I went for the club ones @£70. Seems the best quality for the price? Not got a wealth of experience with bibs though...
In my experience best quality for the price is always Evans' or Wiggle's own brands, like Kalf bibs... £46 for a pair. It always seems to be marginal gains afterwards, including Rapha, except for (possibly) Assos etc.
Ah, well that’s good to know. Not quite ready to spend Assos money yet.
I bought these for my first 100k this weekend. Still, fresh pair of shorts won’t hurt!
So i started a dispute with paypal for the fizik r1's a few days ago.
Got a call from tri uk yesterday asking me to close the dispute case as they had the shoes i orded and were now ready for dispatch if i still wanted them.
I asked about the helmet and the wheels I ordered. Orders placed on the 23rd (when i ordered the helmet) still hadnt been processed and would be happening in a few days.
Told her about there being no confirmation email for the wheels i ordered. She said there was no record of my prder for wheels on their system. I had to ask her to check their paypal transactions and cancel the transaction which she obliged.
So no wheels for me but fizik shoes apparently en route now...
Got some for sale if you're a 45/46 :P
I managed to get them from triuk thankfully.
Cheers for the offer.
Could be interested as my set that i ordered from Tri UK got cancelled before despatch.
Edit: sorry didn't realise they weren't the Fizik ones.
I took them off the Classifieds on here as I decided to put them on eBay, but if you're interested I can sell them as there's currently no bids pending (only "watchers").
Specialized Defroster “Trail”, winter SPD shoe in size 46.
*I bought this a size larger than my usual 45 so I could accommodate a slightly thicker winter sock and still have wiggle-room to maintain circulation/ warmth.
Fantastic boots- used for some winter MTB’ing, and held-up to snow, wind, rain and mud. No longer have the MTB, so surplus to requirements.
In very good condition. Very slight scuff to one of the BOA dials, but all good otherwise. SPD cleats included.*
Don't suppose anyone else has got any spare £50 Strava vouchers lying aboot the hoos?
also got one, if anyone needs
Only got 2/7 items from my triuk order but they were both shoes so that’s good. Gonna return the fizik R1s (I think) in 45, black.
Give me a shout if they’re of interest, just want what I paid plus postage.
Yep Fizik R1 Infinito, 45eu, 10 1/2 UK, black-black. Think they were £132 but i'll double check.
Cyrano Bars and Stem ordered from TRIUK.
Wish me luck!
Shimano Dura Ace FC-7710 in 165mm going cheap on Amazon once again:
If you haven't sent these back yet I'd be interested in them! Just need to go to a local shop to double check the sizing (I'm somewhere between 45 and 46).
I know someone selling a 54cm pace 42 16 full bike . One of limited run but this one was a special order in pink . Let me know if any interest and will try and connect .
My order I placed with Triuk on the 23rd July has now been changed from received to packing.
That’s when they realised on mine they didn’t have them
Same sequence for me.
