Planetx are outdoing themselves with this deal, can you afford not to get this bargain hex wrench set?

PX is dangerous. I spent like £40 on caps a week ago - worse of it all was how quick they arrived (literally next day) meaning I couldn’t hate on them, and instead now tempted to see what else is cheap.

Vans low tops for £33
and high tops for £36
I was looking at Vans in Schuh recently and it struck me that they all seemed really cheaply made now.
Very basic insoles/foot beds, canvas felt cheap and nasty and things like the logos on the backs of the outsoles were all squint, sems didn't quite meet etc.
Worth looking for 'Pro' models as these have the better insoles and seem more like the Vans of old.
I just got a pair of Half Cab Pro from the Vans site for less than Schuh etc wanted for the non 'Pro' ones and less than either of those pairs too.

Haven’t seen a pair for years that had quality enough to wear. They all screamed foot pain.
-

For whatever reason, Vans have an agonising breaking in period for me - comparable only to some (maybe fake) DMs I once owned.
-
• #2666
Vans have always lasted very short amounts of time for me, but I haven't bought any for years now. DVS were way better.

Bought my first pair of vans in about 15 years yesterday. 😥

the last pair of nonpro shoes I had were a pair of new eras and I agree with everything mentioned above - they were so shit I'd be easily convinced they were fakes had I bought them via ebay rather than a high street shop. made the mistake of wearing them for an hour of 5aside when I forgot my astro boots and my entire foot/ankle was inexplicably purple with bruising for a week after.
definitely worth keeping an eye out for more decent / pro models in skate shop sales. I've had a pair of chukka lows for a few years now (got them in a route one sale for £20). they have the 'ultracush' sole and have been comfy with flats and straps.

Not sure where to put this, but I'm wondering what's happened to InnerTubeShop? Other than they appear to no longer be operating, of course. Shame, they were good people.
