139k for a 600k turnover business, seems quite a low/conservative valuation...

Reflects that part of the customerbase is loyal to Charlie the human, not Bikemonger the brand, and Brexit is ruining the margins on products priced in USD.

Sent this to a mate, we both agreed that PeteAndBenTheBikeMongers will crash and burn, Charlie is the brand.

I'll say otherwise, they are loyal to the great friendly service that Charlie provides.

Heck I still search his site first prior to buying most stuff just because I rather pay a few quid more as I am assured of great service.

So yeah, surely a reputation for great service is an asset - intangible no doubt and it's up to the new owner to keep this going.
