Room in Hackney, lovely house, cat and bikes

Reluctantly i have to say goodbye to my lovely home and flatmates, cat, garden, cool neighbors and polo round the corner.

We're looking for a (preferably female ) flatmate to occupy the double room after i go away to Gay Paris.

Unbeatable houseshare with "Zombie RMY " Mike, the legendary Roxy, beloved Willy No Balls the cat , and another person. (Another double bedroom is becoming vacant more less the same time, so if you have a mate who's looking too then feel welcome. Obviously we don't yet know who this person would be yet but we're looking for nice people to move in, not just wallets on legs)

The house is great for a bike lovers, but anyone would feel happy here.

Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer - the whole kitchen was brand new when we moved in a year ago. Very spacey living room with wooden floors, garden and safe space for bikes at the back ( we're currently developing roofing/shed for that area )

The room is really big and airy, overlooking the garden.It is partly furnished, arrangements can be made with the current tenant for additional furniture.

We're looking for a clean, easy going person who wants to create a home not just crash in a house. As we are all very much bike people you will be happiest here if you are a bike appreciator, though no need for a bike nut (we have 3 already), please feel free to bring a new hobby to the mix! Also we live with one wonderful cat so you must be willing to stroke him daily. You are running a risk of loving the cat too much.
