  • also has the benefit of a bunch of trampy portuguese cunts snaking you.

haha i love those guys puta, pumpum, and pumbo are jokers. they are fuckin nutters though they always start huge beefs with anyonoe

  • Ive never been able to skate well enough to warrant going to a indoor park with ramps. Always wanted to have a roll around some concrete bowly type things, london has a few places right?

Meanwhile gardens in Ladbrooke grove is lovely for that - not sure if its still there though, last time I heard it was sinking into the ground or something :s

meanwhile is good, cantelowes and finsbury are good too. i think we should set up to go to one of the threee. all are outside so we should go on a nice bright sunny (probably wont happen for a while) day. anyone esle down? where best for yall?

They have just redone meanwhile 2, im not sure about Meanwhile, stockwell is great if your reasonably confident on a board and just want to bomb round and carve but cant skate bowls

the downside is its in south london

  • i suppose everyone has bikes, so getting round london shouldn;t be a problem (you can always get to a place as a "pack".
there is always an option of the Saffron Walden park (close to me) :))

  • the downside is its in south london

Thats the best part. But seriously, if you havent checked it out since they redid it get down there and check it out.

  • ^^ sorry mate i don't go south of the river

  • isn't this a bike forum? :P

yeah it is and this is thread for non related bike topics. lets not get all fucking gay about, i've just read through that car thread and the whole arguement over it is completely spastic. who gives a fuck?? skate and destroy.

  • hence the fucking smiley thing at the end.

  • stockwell bowls are ok. when i was a yout i used to love it down there, but i went back since its been re-done and i'm not to sure.
all the new bits with coping are ridiculously steep, u've got 4 foot quarter pipes with 6 inches of vert...it makes no sense.
having said that, its still an awesome place to go for a skate - especially if carving, and general bombing around is ur thing (plus brixton cycles is next door). Personally i prefer minis, and bowls with coping (bowls of the normal variety, not vert ramps for midgets).

  • wish i lived in london there always seems to be somewhere to skate, rain or shine. Edinburgh's getting a park soon canny wait

too right, and that little 10yr old bastard who uses the hip and the flat bank as his own mini halfpipe and gets on everyones tits. But is alas too young to thump.

still slightly drunk at the time of post, hence the arsey reply

  • Don't post drunk unless you can handle your lick her.

  • shall we start some kind of weekly skate session soon then? I don't wanna be throwing myself off huge ledges anymore...I just wanna pull off 180 boneless tricks and the odd flip trick here and there :)

  • Don't post drunk unless you can handle your lick her.

that's just the power of wifebeater i'm afraid

  • Do people wanna go indoor parks then?

we should just start in a car park? I'm more rusty than the raleigh lizard locked up outside that crappy shopping centre in shepherd's bush.

  • I'm up for a roll. Has been years though.

Theres an underground carpark near st pauls that quite a few people skate at its warm and dry and the security are pretty cool

maaaate its strictly against skating now, i go there quite regualarly on my bike and there loads of no skating signs everywhere.

@slaytanic, you have the right idea, im definetly down for that, so we need find and agree upon a spot for a weekly meeting.

any suggestions as to where? the few people have given already are decent.

  • lets try the car park anyway. I've heard good things about it before. Lets decide on a spot and day and start shredding once again. I can't wait to get back on my deck man.

I was down there last weekend didnt have any trouble, I was talking to one of the security down there and he said it was cool to skate there as long as no rubbish gets left and no one takes cones or other crap like that down also as long as it doesnt get mega packed out which it does occationly on a wet weekend. But then again some of my mates did get booted last week but they were probally acting like twats, i think its largely down to what gaurds are on and how much of a bellend you are.
