Once again I have completely destroyed myself while playing polo. It's actually becoming a bit of a concern. That last fall onto my hip was a doozy. After the alcohol from drinks wore off I woke up in the night practically in tears due to the pain in my hip, and even this morning I ham hobbling around very slowly. I thought about going to the hospital to join Fiddy at one point last night.

I am perfectly capable of taking my bumps and bruises and I keep rolling on. But sometime it f'in hurts really really badly, and it's not much fun in those moments. I don't know why I seem to be going down so hard? I think part of it is because of my bike. The bars and wheel have a real habit of violently whipping around if I try and make an extra sharp turn, This usually ends in me on the ground.

I can't tell you how much goddamn fun I have playing polo, but If I keep hitting the deck like this and injuring myself to this extent, I feel like it's only a matter of time before something gets broken.

Longer stem and longer bars? I am assuming thats more about increasing my control as opposed to actually stopping the wheel from flipping around?
