First fixed bike help

hi would like to buy a fixed (flip flop hub) bike for winter duties want to spend on more than £400 really looking at Fuji track, specialized Langster.
Any body ride these or can suggest another?
Can any body advise what size i need, i'm thinking 49cm largest as I am 5'3" girly inside leg 29".

try the otp (off the peg) list. 49 sounds about right but one of the benefits of buying otp is you're able to try / test ride.

as far as size goes you really need to go a sit on a few as people are all made differently and depending on what you want the bike for.
