Jesus I hurt, this weekend has killed a bit of me.

I woke up on the kitchen floor this morning at around 6 am. I'm now sat at work reeking of alcohol and blatently still drunk.

Last night is less than a blur.

I was hammered at the beginning. Had already been drinking since 1 and that was just to get over the slam in a day.

Was an amazing night, a brilliant end to a great year. Still amazes me how with thousands of members, this forum is one of the tightest groups of people that i know of. Bike Scene ftw.
Is just a massive shame that two of my favorite people are currently on planes as we speak. Hopefully the party will keep on going without them!

To be totally honest we only came that early because I was at passoutlevel just before we left my house. It truely was then or never.

I had a lovely evening resplendent in the glow that can only come from being surrounded by great people and having drunk just a tad too much.

Highlights were talking to scott for ages, seeing people I haven't seen for too long a time (Jonny, hippy, object, murtle, mouse, dancing james, jacqui) and meeting people for the first time (though I'm so bad with names it could've been the second of third time).

That dancefloor was wonderful, I did like the blood on it... initially I thought people were joking, and then I thought it was funny, and then I learned how it got there... not so good. But watching people dance to Billie Jean was pretty cool.

Well done to the DJ's, lots of good tunes there.

And who didn't win or get something? Thanks again to the sponsors of the alleycat, I don't want to single anyone out there... all donations were appreciated.

All in all, 'twas an awesome evening, and I really enjoyed it. The only downside was discovering this morning that the mp3 player I own is now useless... seems that someone smashed the screen. Anselm had his iPhone smashed, but at least he's got insurance... I'm pretty bummed about my mp3 player. Oh well. A grey cloud to a brilliantly silver lining.

Im the lucky candidate for hate mail from a select few members of the forum who feel my contributing to the car thread is not politically correct on a bike forum, I did not start the thread and many many members- both old and new have contributed posts, I seem to be singled out as the fgss witch, sadly, partly by my own sisters.

I have received both anonymous and named mail which makes for unpleasant reading.

I'm definitely ready to start drinking again. Just need to get today out of the way then may make it up north. It depends on how much I miss my bed.
