Paging GA2G, paging GA2G - new list needed, new list needed...
germanmarc needs a list of custom frame makers - UK/non-UK, price brackets etc
;0)

GA2G has compiled a list of custom framebuilders, and emilia was asking about this, so you may have better luck bumping that thread..
He's way ahead of you..

He SO is!

budha, still a lot of coin though, for a frame that is not tall enough and has massive tyre clearance?!
dogs I don't think Mercian have quite got the fixed wheel aesthetic just yet
I had to write a list of mods as long as my arm to get this frame this far
from strada to strada path
the clearance for the fork are right for fitting a front brake
and essentailly as this is a modern path bike there is no real problem with that
I am not riding 100 miles+ in all weathers up and down hills
without at least one brake
but what is unforgiveable is that they managed to measure me up 4cm short
So this frame is up for sale
So if you are less than six foot
This frame launches like a ruddy fighter plane
with breath taking beautiful paint and lugs to match
I'll let it go for the price of a vigorelli
and this is a far far superior frame than that

budhha, well thats what i was getting at. maybe the new owner could ride with 27's. what size is the frame?
-
• #34
The frame is 55.5 square, clearances are fine for running a front brake, really comfortable bike for day rides and goes like a rocket ship in traffic - it is hard to explain just how good Reynolds 725 is until you have ridden it - this bike goes is so quick it gets a bit hairy - really an excellent bike - just too small for me - I need a 59 ...:(
back to the drawing board then...:)
