yeah, you have to go through a gate, but it's usually open. no tresspassing needed.
not much to see though, some bikes a few parts and some dudes chillin' out.
i've hear there's polo every sunday near boulevard des invalides. get that confirmed in cyclope - they know.and do what buddha said
