Take the shoblome and rotate it under over and round then grab the binone taking care to watch the heff extended hypo-clavical (not the hyper-clavical) and volia one fitted tyre.

Your tyre is not seated evenly. Look at where the beeding meets the rim.

just remember, you went through the same process when you first put a touring tyres on your wheel.
