Wanted: 100mm OS stem w/ shim for 1" steerer

Yeah, anyone? Want 100mm long, 0-10deg rise, for OS bars and 1" steerer.. like this, but shorter..

Yep I want to inverse shim about 10mm off that stem's length. I might just flip it again.

Cos you didn't seem to be uncomfortable with that last year....

It's gonna hurt just as much this year.. except I've ridden this even less this year. :S
I'd already adjusted the saddle on it after the feed stop last year. Maybe it'll be ok.
I could set it up closer to my road bike but I think anything I do is gonna be trouble :)
