you should check out 2562'a new album just released on techtonic.
also new ramadanman and cluekid stuff are amazing. so much good stuff coming out at the moment.yeah forward was just moved to sundays, used to be fridays.
also, not really dubstep, but if u like a bit of dubstep/instrumental stuff.. great little festval in a carpark off old st called brainfeeder (flying lotus's new label).... samiyam, rustie, hudson mohawke, gaslamp killa
most stuff on hyperdub is great aswell. kode 9

I went to a Kode9 gig in a church lately - a real eye opener. Check him out. the rince fm podcast is good for hearing new stuff, so long as you dont mind hearing them nattering on over the beat.

Reminds me of really old skool garage released by zinc and hype that was a hybrid of breakbeat and 2 step, with some grimey bass mixed in for good measure, good shit
