Thank you! When i first bought it there were definitely a few ugly iterations....
Fitted. Loving them. Many stiff managed to achieve similar hand position
Bit franken but bike getting a reboot soon
New tyres and guards fitted to my new hybrid.
Now I'm in desperate need of drop bars and shifters.
Big-up @PhilDAS for the tyres!!
If anyone wants to swap these bull moose for mine ( the ones with not as much rise) let me know .
Ps lovely bike
Gah where were you a couple of weeks ago!
I’ve got some nitto noodles I could post out with that seatpost, but they’re probably not quite what you’re after I reckon.
Cheers, only just getting started!.
Just picked up a pair of 650b Pacenti rims, thinking of cannibalising the rear Surly (what is the best way to take apart a wheel?) but need a front hub, thinking Novatec D791SB like these however I am out of the loop when it comes to modern MTB kit: it doesn't come with a axle, I would like track bolt-style axle for it, not QR, what should I be buying for it?
I also noticed corrosion on the Crane Creek headset so I may bling it up with a Chris King is anyone has one for sellz.
I think this needs black guards and black rack.
Started sticking a few parts on the Soma
Silver drop bars, seatpost and stem on the way...
Guards should always be silver/polished anyway. Looks great so far!
What wheelset is that?
Are the Cinturatos 35c? How do you like them?
I've bought some in 35c but haven't tried them so far.
DT RR521 rims on Bitex hubs. The tyres are the 35c, and measure almost exactly 35mm on 20mm internal rims
Can't say much about the Cinturatos yet, but @jontea has been using some for a while and seems to like them
Centrelock bitex? Some of the best hubs around imo
Nvm should have looked at photo better.
Yup, RAF & RAR 12
Does anyone know where I might find a 90-degree plastic bracket to adapt a rear-facing mudguard mount (futura gravel) to a side-facing mudguard eyelet (pdw) - ive looked on sjs to no avail
This is great.
Nitto Randonneur bars
Sram Rival 22 shifters
