So chuffed with how it's come out! You might find the levers a little more comfortable rotated down (clockwise as we see them from drive-side).
Will you be out and on this tomorrow??
i'll do that, thank you for the heads up!
I will be out on it for the WNR, going to shorten the chain when I get in tonight, might need your advice on how to get the wheel to stop slipping as it has happened twice now? even with bolts tightened.
i'm probably not aligning it properly doing it with one person and no bike stand.
Finish (amd sold) this 55cm french frame in Camus Tubing.
First I ever come across!
A bit of a Frankenbike but comfortable and easy to spot at the station...
Winter commuter taking shape
Love that, what are the lights?
B&M Lumotec Lyt?
I just put a larger Wald on mine and have a small one (1372) spare if you are looking for one.
@boredom yes this, secula rear
Yes please! I'll send you a PM
Does it have a frame number stampen on one of the track ends?
I have a bag of, let's be honest, bits and rubbish I don't need.
Mudguards - at least 38c grey sks chromoplastics and all the stays
Cassettes - varying degrees of use all shimano 10 speed
A tenner for the pair
A pair of kinlin xr270 ( i think) 20/24 light. There's a ding in one of the rim's brake track, but I think it's useable.
Hmm I’ll nab those kinlin, if no one else has.. black or silver?
Can you collect from Brixton?
Nope, but there is a number on the bb: 06090601
I live se5
Does this exist in an off the peg frame:
Road frame (leaning towards race geometry)
Bolt thru axles
Clearance for 25-28mm tyres with mudguards
Genesis volare 853 disc ticks most of the boxes, apart from mudguard mounts, and it's hard to get a clear idea of tyre clearance with guards.
Great. I ask, because I live in SE26 and I appreciate asking people to come up the hill and down the hill then have to go back up the hill and down the hill for a set of £10 rims is not ideal.
If you let me know what day you would like to collect between 8 ish and 4ish, that would be wonderful.
