I think they only go up to 16T. I was wanting a 17T but none seems to be available. Thinking of going for an EAI instead because they seem to be heralded as super smooth and silent.

Do you rate the Surly cog? -

hahaa!the search button is useful. How do these EAI cogs stack up to the ones Charlie The Bike Monger stocks? http://www.charliethebikemonger.com/userimages/procart6.htm (12.99 item)
I take it steel is the one to go for- but WHY are they black? I want shiny silver. That's the only fixed 3/32 18t cogs I can find. correct if I'm wrong. (apart from Surly which I was advised not to go for)

EAI all the way, finished to a high polish. Put on an 18t last weekend. They come in a little nylon wallet you can use to keep something cog-shaped in when you've fitted the actual cog to your bike.
