In the description he describes buying them for £250. In 1991.

That rear end... (not the disc wheel, the stays/seat tube that look like melted with a hair dryer)

It was all painted, the effort, mind blown.

The bike was used to promote some fixed gear innovations (crankset with two internal ratios, rear hub with single-sided switchable fixed/free option.... who needs this?)
